Pilates and Yoga Style class... Great to do if you are already warm! I went for a run prior! Either way though just turn the volume up and listen. You really don't even need to watch the video.

This is an adventure from 2013! We had Nathan Marney 16, and Isela Najar 18, surfing Mexico for the first time! They experienced so much awesomness on their trip and were such a pleasure to be around.
